Forumec provides legal services including international dispute resolution, cross-border deal facilitation, employment law, and regulatory compliance in Malaysia and cross-border contexts.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete information for legal proceedings
- Pay invoices within agreed timeframes
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged communications
- Follow legal advice and comply with court orders
4. Limitation of Liability
Forumec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Legal outcomes are not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on forumec.com are owned by Forumec or licensed partners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
6. Data Protection & GDPR
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR. We encrypt sensitive information and limit access to authorized personnel only.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration or mediation before litigation.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
9. Changes to Terms
Forumec reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
