How do you structure your fees?

Most engagements are billed hourly, but we offer fixed fees and capped arrangements for well-defined matters. Every engagement begins with a written estimate and a transparent budget discussion. You will never receive an unexpected invoice from Forumec.

Do you handle cross-border and international matters?

Cross-border work is central to what we do. We regularly advise on deals and disputes spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, and beyond, working in close coordination with vetted local counsel in each jurisdiction.
